CD Baxter
CD Baxter is a distribution center in a logistics park in Cabreúva, in the interior of São Paulo state, with 32,450 m² of built area on a 171,537 m² site. It is MM Obras' largest project in the state of São Paulo.
Cabreúva lies on the logistics corridor between the city of São Paulo, Jundiaí and Campinas, one of the regions with the highest concentration of logistics parks in the country.

Design, technical coordination and retrofit execution
On this project, MM Obras was responsible for the design, technical coordination and execution of the retrofit — adapting an existing warehouse to the needs of its new occupant.
A retrofit requires an assessment of what already exists and a design that makes the most of the available structure, adapting building services, access points and interior areas without wasting what can be kept.
With design and execution under the same coordination, decisions made on paper reach the site without loss of information — which reduces rework, schedule and cost.
