CD Casa e Vídeo is a distribution center in Queimados, in the Baixada Fluminense region, with 66,500 m² of built area on a 190,000 m² site. It serves the chain's retail operation in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
Queimados lies along the Presidente Dutra Highway (BR-116), the main road link between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo — a strategic location for distribution centers that supply the metropolitan area.

Design and construction supervision
